On 30 November, ARaymond – international leader in automotive fastening and assembly solutions – announced the acquisition of CGA Technologies, an Italian manufacturer of high-performance thermal cooling plates.

Ensemble was the name chosen for the event with which Castello Italia and ARaymond celebrated the start of a fruitful and lasting partnership following the Lombard company’s acquisition by the French Group, an international leader in innovation and components for the automotive sector.
