C.BEST tubes are made of Polyamide 12 (PA12), a multipurpose material, derived from Oil.
C.BEST tubes comply with DIN 73378 and DIN 74324 norms.
C.BEST tubes combine excellent mechanical and chemical resistance from -40°C to +130°C.

C.BOX packs are specially designed for the supply of small quantities. Available in 3 different sizes (255 x 255 x 70 mm, 300 x 300 x 80 mm, 400 x 400 x 110 mm), depending on the material and the dimensions of the tubes to be contained, they can include 25, 50 and 100 meter rolls.

Upon customer request, Castello Italia S.p.A. can deliver its tubes winded on drums. Standard drums are made of wood or plastic. Upon special request, tube delivery can be organized on cardboard drums. In the tables below, is indicated the maximum length of tubes per type of material, per drum.

C.BEST and C.PRO coils ensure an excellent elastic memory as well as an outstanding temperature and chemical resistance. In case of special needs outside the standard range of coils, Castello Italia S.p.A. is at complete disposal to manufacture customized items.

Coils in PA6 are excellent for their elastic memory and for their mechanical performance. Their main application is in kits for hobby activities and industrial automation, when the more resistant Polyamide 12 or Polyamide 10.12 are not required.

Coils in Polyurethane are manufactured with linear tubes C.FLEX 95, Polyether TPU. These products guarantee excellent handling and good resistance to abrasion and cold impact. The use of the tube C.FLEX 95 allows the application in direct contact with non-drinkable water. Castello Italia S.p.A. offers the possibility to deliver the coils with or without fittings and is at complete disposal to manufacture customized items.

Coils in Polyurethane are manufactured with linear tubes C.FLEX 98, Polyester TPU. These products guarantee excellent resistance to air pressure, to abrasion and cold impact. C.MULTI Tubes are produced using C.BEST o C.PRO tubes. These products are used in industrial automation as well as in the automotive market when space available is limited. The tubes are assembled in spiral shape and protected by a black polyurethane, EVA or PVC sheath, resistant to UV and chemical agents. Upon request Castello Italia S.p.A. can produce also multi-tubes with other materials such as: C.FLEX, C.STAR, C.ECO, C.CHEM.

C.ESD tubes in Polyamide 12 have been developed using the latest nanotechnology in polymer engineering. This tube, antistatic and flexible, can be used in pneumatic and fluid transfer applications (ATEX):
• Flammable fluids transfer
• Pneumatic systems and tubes in explosive environments.These tubes C.ESD could be classified ATEX II 2 G/D.

This innovative tube has been developed for very restrictive automotive and pneumatic applications. Its main properties are:
• long term temperature resistance at 150°C;
• suitable for push-in fittings (better than PTFE tubes);
• very good bending radius suitable for thermoforming parts and spirals.
