On 30 November, ARaymond – international leader in automotive fastening and assembly solutions – announced the acquisition of CGA Technologies, an Italian manufacturer of high-performance thermal cooling plates. This step follows the acquisition of Castello Italia at the beginning of October, a company specialising in the extrusion of plastic tubing for the transport sector and other specific segments of the industrial market.
