C.ESD tubes in Polyamide 12 have been developed using the latest nanotechnology in polymer engineering. This tube, antistatic and flexible, can be used in pneumatic and fluid transfer applications (ATEX):
• Flammable fluids transfer
• Pneumatic systems and tubes in explosive environments.These tubes C.ESD could be classified ATEX II 2 G/D.
C.ESD
C.HOT
This innovative tube has been developed for very restrictive automotive and pneumatic applications. Its main properties are:
• long term temperature resistance at 150°C;
• suitable for push-in fittings (better than PTFE tubes);
• very good bending radius suitable for thermoforming parts and spirals.
C.CHEM
Thanks to its combination of Carbon and Fluor, PTFE tubes are suitable for applications where the following properties are required:
• high temperature resistance: +260°C;
• perfect chemical resistance to all corrosive substances;
• low friction coefficient;
• remarkable dielectric properties;
• self-extinguishing (UL 94 V0);
• good mechanical properties;
• slow ageing, unalterable;
• excellent hydrolysis and UV resistance.
C.FLAM
C.FLAM PA11 fireproof tubes allow to retard flame propagation in case of fire. They are classified UL94 V2, they are ROHS Free, halogen free and they are available only in sky-blue color.
C.TECH
C.TECH tubes are made of PVDF. This kind of fluoropolymer offers:
• good chemical resistance;
• excellent mechanical properties in comparison with PTFE.
C.TWENTY
C.TWENTY: : very flexible braided hose in polyurethane. It shows very good abrasion resistance and a flexibility 5 times higher than PVC. Thanks to its polyester braiding the working pressure reaches 20 bar.
