We are pleased to announce that 100% of Castello Italia S.p.A. has been acquired by ARaymond, an international leader in fastening and assembly solutions. ARaymond is best known as a supplier to the automotive industry. Still, it draws its knowledge and expertise to address other markets like pharmaceutical packaging, solar energy equipment, and agriculture.

Being a member of the ARaymond network will improve our product offering in the Truck&Trailer market. It will enlarge our research and development to enable diversification in selected industrial sectors and accompany our customers across borders.
